Requirements ● Senior-level professional experience with Unity. ● Strong hands-on experience profiling and optimizing Unity games. ● Strong C# knowledge ● At least one shipped Unity game, with direct involvement in performance optimization. ● Strong understanding of CPU, GPU, rendering, and memory performance in Unity. ● Experience with Unity Profiler, Frame Debugger, Memory Profiler, and similar profiling/debugging tools. ● Ability to independently investigate unfamiliar performance issues and find their root cause. ● Strong practical problem-solving skills and willingness to dig deep into technical issues. ● (Bonus) Experience personally handling or leading a Unity console port ● (Bonus) Experience profiling and optimizing directly on target console hardware ● (Bonus) Experience implementing gameplay systems and features in Unity
