As a GenAI Engineer in an assetization squad, you will work in a cross-functional, agile team to deliver high-quality, production-ready AI applications that enhance customer services and operational efficiency.What you are going to doYou will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reusable AI components and solutions that address real business challenges across NN. Your work will span from requirement definition to production deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You will collaborate closely with other GenAI engineers, data scientists, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate needs into robust, reusable AI assets.Key responsibilities include:Develop scalable, reusable AI applications and components using agentic frameworks (e.g., Langchain, Langgraph)Bring AI models to production as APIs and integrate them into the NN landscapeCollaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers to improve the Machine Learning Lifecycle and asset qualityFocus on CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and security compliance for all squad deliverablesEnhance platform performance through latency optimization and caching strategiesSupport the squad by promoting best practices, conducting code reviews, and maintaining technical documentationTranslate business requirements into reusable AI solutions and present them to stakeholdersContinuously contribute to innovation initiatives and explore new technologies for assetization and reuseWhat we offer youNN invests in an inclusive, inspiring work environment and in skills and competences for the future. Your curiosity and communication skills help you grow and support your team.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field2 to 5 years of experience in software or DevOps engineering and developing ML applicationsStrong experience in Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous developmentExperience with CI/CD, application security, and performance monitoringWorking knowledge of the data science process including data collection, cleaning, and model implementationExperience with agentic frameworks for LLMs (Langchain & Langgraph)Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, and KubernetesExperience in developing automated APIs and cloud solutions using CI/CD tools, Git, and TerraformProven ability to independently deliver complex, reusable AI solutions with direct business impactWho you will work withYou will be part of one of the Assetization Squad within the AI Center of Excellence, collaborating with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and GenAI Engineers.
