As our Corporate Security Supervisor (m/f/d), you'll lead a dedicated physical security team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders across the business. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You manage and supervise the security team, coordinate daily operations, prepare work schedules, and assign duties according to operational requirementsYou take an active part in operational shifts, on-the-ground security activities, events, and special assignments whenever requiredYou plan and coordinate security arrangements for company events and ensure that the required personnel, equipment, and logistics are in placeYou monitor and coordinate physical security activities, including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, patrols, incident response, and security reportingYou collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Facility Management, Events, HR, Procurement, and other departments on security and operational requirements at the headquartersYou are responsible for security-related logistics and back-office activities, including equipment, documentation, supplies, operational coordination, and administrative tasksYOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have previous experience in corporate security, security operations, or a comparable environment, ideally with supervisory or team-lead responsibilityLeadership & Communication You demonstrate strong leadership skills, a hands-on mentality, excellent communication abilities, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to work effectively with different internal and external partnersProblem-Solving You are highly organised, solution-oriented, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in demanding situationsTechnical Skills You are confident working with security systems, operational documentation, reporting tools, and standard computer applicationsFlexibility You demonstrate a high level of flexibility, reliability, ownership, and resilience and are willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends, events, and special assignments when requiredSpecialized Experience You have experience in event security, corporate security operations, coordination of external security service providers, and practical knowledge of CCTV, access-control, alarm, and security management systemsBusiness Acumen You have experience working in an international corporate environment with multiple internal stakeholders and demonstrate a strong service mindset, business awareness, and a professional approach when interacting with employees, executives, visitors, and external partnersWHAT WE OFFER Extra benefits Enjoy discounts on SIXT rent, share, ride and SIXT+, attractive vehicle leasing offers, and exclusive deals with partners for travel, tech, fashion and moreAI at your fingertips From day one, you'll have access to Claude by Anthropic and SIXTgpt, SIXT's own AI platform, to supercharge your work.
