We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and support several existing projects within the company. One of the key projects is a Swedish digital consulting project focused on corporate communications, marketing, and digital solutions. You will work closely with development teams to ensure smooth delivery processes, system reliability, and infrastructure scalability across multiple ongoing products. About The Project & Team You will be working on a Website as a Service (WaaS) platform that powers and maintains corporate websites for multiple large international clients. Instead of managing a single isolated website, you will maintain and scale a unified platform and infrastructure ecosystem. As a dedicated DevOps Engineer on this product, you will take ownership of the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, security, and environments (Dev, Staging, Prod). You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional international team of backend and frontend developers, as well as project managers based in Sweden and the UK. Requirements Location: Based in Europe (client's mandatory requirement).Language: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English level with strong verbal and written communication skills (daily interaction with international colleagues and clients).Cloud & Orchestration: Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Ingress & Networking: Solid experience with NGINX, Cloudflare (CDN/WAF), and Azure Traffic Manager.Databases & Storage: Practical knowledge of MongoDB Atlas, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Files.Logging & Monitoring: Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch (within AKS), Grafana, and uptime monitoring tools (e.g., Site24x7).CI/CD & Automation: Proven track record of setting up, maintaining, and optimizing automated CI/CD pipelines.Mindset: Strong ownership, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively as the main DevOps specialist while supporting development teams. Responsibilities Maintain, scale, and optimize cloud infrastructure for a high-availability WaaS platform.Design, implement, and support robust CI/CD processes and automated deployment pipelines.Manage and maintain Development, Staging, and Production environments to ensure platform uptime and performance.Set up and oversee logging, metrics monitoring, alerting, and security standards.Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and perform root-cause analysis.Collaborate daily with backend and frontend developers, assisting them with deployment, environment setup, and infrastructure-related queries.
