Senior Software Engineer This is a remote-first opportunity, requiring 1/2 days per month in their Reading office. La Fosse are partnering with a global leader in IoT connectivity, who are in the market for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join their software development team. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for building customer-facing products that power reporting, analytics, product discovery and ordering experiences. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable solutions that help businesses unlock the power of connected devices while contributing to architecture, engineering standards and technical strategy. Key Requirements: TypeScript Node.js NestJS PHP (nice to have - not essential) REST APIs PostgreSQL Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ or SQS) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership Compensation: This role is offering a salary up-to £75,000 + extended benefits package.
