Iščemo AI Application Engineerja (Full-Stack), ki se bo pridružil naši razvojni ekipi ter sodeloval pri razvoju in nadgradnji AI aplikacij, internih platform, avtomatizacije obdelave dokumentov in B2B rešitev. Prevzel boš pomembne dele razvoja in imel neposreden vpliv na to, kako naše rešitve gradimo in razvijamo naprej. Kaj boš delal Prevzemal odgovornost za funkcionalnosti in servise znotraj naše B2B platforme (Python/Django, React, PostgreSQL): razvijal nove funkcionalnosti, odpravljal napake ter vzdrževal integracije s CRM-jem, shrambo podatkov, messaging in spreadsheet orodji.Razvijal in izboljševal AI funkcionalnosti: retrieval pipeline, asistente, ki uporabljajo različna orodja, ter strukturirano pridobivanje podatkov iz dokumentov. Skrbel boš tudi za prompte in evalvacijo, s katero preverjamo, ali so spremembe dejansko izboljšale rezultate.Povezoval zunanje sisteme prek OAuth2 API-jev, webhookov in načrtovanih sinhronizacij ter obravnaval rate limite, neuspele zahteve in neurejene podatke.Skrbel za zanesljive izdaje: pisal teste, izvajal AI evalvacije pred releasi ter deployal Docker-based servise.Vsakodnevno uporabljal AI coding asistente. Uporabljamo jih intenzivno in pričakujemo, da znaš njihovo kodo razumeti, pregledati, testirati ter prepoznati napake ali slabe predloge. Kaj pričakujemo Vsaj 3 leta izkušenj z razvojem in vzdrževanjem produkcijskih spletnih aplikacij.Močno backend znanje v Pythonu ali PHP-ju ter samozavestno delo s sodobnim JavaScript frontendom; uporabljamo React.Vsaj eno LLM-powered funkcionalnost, ki si jo spravil v produkcijo in do dejanskih uporabnikov. Znati moraš pojasniti, kako je delovala, kako si jo evalviral in kako si nadzoroval stroške.Dobro poznavanje PostgreSQL-a, REST API designa in integracij s third-party sistemi.Samostojno testiranje lastnega dela. Nimamo ločene QA ekipe.Redno uporabo AI coding asistentov ter dovolj tehnične presoje, da prepoznaš njihove napake in podvomiš v njihove predloge, ko je to potrebno.Sposobnost samostojnega prevzemanja odgovornosti za del produkta brez potrebe po podrobno definiranih navodilih za vsako nalogo. Prednost je Izkušnje s Python/Django in PHP/Laravel.Poznavanje embeddings, vector searcha (npr. pgvector), hybrid retrievala in LLM evalvacije.Izkušnje z background jobs in queues (Celery, Horizon), Redisom ter Docker deploymenti na Linuxu.Izkušnje s Telegram boti, Google Workspace API-ji ali CRM integracijami.Izkušnje iz iGaming industrije ali druge regulirane B2B industrije. Join Timeless Tech, a company with over 15 years of experience building B2B technology solutions for the international iGaming industry. We're looking for an AI Application Engineer (Full-Stack) to join our development team and work on AI applications, internal platforms, document-processing automation, and B2B solutions. You'll own substantial parts of the development and have a direct impact on how our products are built and evolve. What you'll do Own features and services in our B2B platform (Python/Django, React, PostgreSQL): build new functionality, fix bugs, and maintain integrations with CRM, storage, messaging, and spreadsheet tools.Build and improve AI features: retrieval pipelines, tool-using assistants, and structured extraction from documents. Maintain the prompts and evaluations that tell us whether a change actually made things better.Connect external systems through OAuth2 APIs, webhooks, and scheduled syncs, handling rate limits, failed requests, and messy data.Ship with confidence: write tests, run AI evaluations before releases, and deploy Docker-based services.Work with AI coding assistants every day. We use them extensively, with conventions per repository, and expect you to understand, review, test, and challenge what they produce. What we're looking for At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining production web applications.Strong backend skills in Python or PHP, and confidence working with a modern JavaScript frontend; we use React.At least one LLM-powered feature shipped to real users. You should be able to explain how it worked, how you evaluated it, and how you kept costs under control.Solid experience with PostgreSQL, REST API design, and third-party integrations.The habit of testing your own work. There is no separate QA team.Regular use of AI coding assistants, with the technical judgment to catch their mistakes and question their suggestions when needed.Comfort taking ownership of an area of a product without every task being spelled out. Nice to have Experience in both Python/Django and PHP/Laravel.Embeddings, vector search (e.g. pgvector), hybrid retrieval, and LLM evaluation.Background jobs and queues (Celery, Horizon), Redis, and Docker deployments on Linux.Telegram bots, Google Workspace APIs, or CRM integrations.Experience in iGaming or another regulated B2B industry. How we work You'll work directly with our senior engineer, discussing architecture, splitting ownership, and reviewing each other's code. Our product lead sets priorities and personally tests everything we release. We're a small team, so you'll be close to both the people who decide what gets built and the people who actually use our products. We're looking for someone who works independently, asks questions early, and is comfortable pushing back when an approach doesn't make sense.
