Project Manager - eCommerce Background Location: Kraków, Poland (2 days in the office per week) Job Decription: Key Responsibilities Strong background in Agile, SAFe, and traditional program management methodologies.Lead multiple eCommerce initiatives across Adobe Commerce and SAP Commerce platforms.Manage program scope, budget, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.Drive strategic platform transformation, modernization, and multi-market rollout programs.Establish governance frameworks, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and steering committee reviews.Ensure alignment between business goals, customer experience, and technology roadmaps.Manage market onboarding, localization, and global template deployments.Ensure successful execution of release planning, deployment governance, and change management.Partner with Product Owners, Digital Commerce Leaders, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams.Facilitate executive-level communication and decision-making.Manage distributed global teams including Program Managers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Architects, Developers, QA, and Support teams.Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Mentor project managers and delivery leads.
