Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Core Java: Deep comprehension of concurrency models, memory management (JVM tuning), generics, Collections framework, and functional paradigms introduced in Java 8+.
Spring Ecosystem: Comprehensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.
Must be able to explain how dependency injection functions at a runtime level.
Distributed Messaging: Production experience using Apache Kafka.
You should understand partitioning strategies, retention policies, replication factors, and delivery guarantees (at-least-once vs.

Relational Databases: Proven Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills.
Proven capability in debugging locks, understanding isolation levels, and optimizing complex joins or batch processing jobs.
