We would like to meet aLead Frontend Engineerfor ahybrid project based in Porto, Lisboa, Viseu or Coimbra.
Requirements
5+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 2 years working extensively inReact.
Practical experience integratingAI featuresinto front-end applications.
Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of engineers (formally or as a tech lead).
Strong proficiency inJavaScript/TypeScript, modern React (hooks, context, component patterns), and CSS/styling frameworks.
Solid understanding of front-end architecture: state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.), routing, performance optimization, and testing.
Experience withRESTorGraphQL APIsand integrating front-end applications with backend services.
Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines,version control (Git), andagiledevelopment practices.
Strong communication skills and the ability to balance hands-on coding with people leadership.
A track record of shipping production-quality software in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Familiarity with geographic information systems (GIS) is a plus.
Fluency inEnglish.
