We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer who builds and operates production-grade Java services in a cross-functional Scrum team that owns its product end to end.
Backend design and delivery is the core of the role.
The team has limited DevOps capacity, so we are looking for a T-shaped engineer who is willing to grow into the DevOps topics around their own services – existing DevOps depth is welcome.
AI-assisted development is part of how we work day-to-day.
What you will work on
Design, build, and operate backend services and microservices in Java and Spring Boot Own services through the full lifecycle — design, delivery, deployment, and operation Take on the smaller DevOps tasks around the team’s services — pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring Take part in incident and problem management Use AI tooling effectively in the day-to-day software development lifecycle

The base salary starts at €2.381 gross per month, depending on the candidate’s seniority, and is guaranteed to be paid 14 times a year.
