Check out our public roadmap to see what’s coming next! Mission of this roleBecome the go-to expert for our English- and Dutch-speaking customers. This isn't a role where you'll simply work through a queue of tickets. You'll become deeply knowledgeable about a complex SaaS product, solve real customer problems and help shape how we support our customers. You'll start by building a strong understanding of Rentman and confidently handling customer questions across email, chat and phone. You'll investigate issues, find the right answers and take ownership from the first interaction through to resolution. As your knowledge grows, so does your impact. You'll take on more complex cases, spot patterns in customer questions, contribute to internal projects and work closely with Product and Engineering to turn customer feedback into meaningful improvements. In short: you'll go from customer problem-solver to Rentman product expert. What you'll doHelp customers get unstuck via email, chat and phone, making sure they can get back to doing what they do best. Own customer issues from start to finish - investigate, troubleshoot, communicate clearly and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Become a Rentman power user by keeping up with weekly product updates and continuously expanding your product knowledge. Work closely with Product and Engineering, bringing recurring issues, customer insights and tricky cases to the right people. Keep our Zendesk and Aircall data clean and accurate, helping us understand our customers and improve the support experience. Help us build smarter support, keeping our knowledge and processes structured so we can make better use of AI, automation and self-service. Get involved beyond the queue by contributing to projects, sharing knowledge and finding ways to make the team and our processes better. What we are looking for At least 1 year of customer-facing experience - the industry matters less than your ability to understand customers and solve their problems. Fluent Dutch and English (native or C1 level) - you'll comfortably support customers in both languages, written and spoken. Strong troubleshooting skills - you know how to investigate an issue, find information and work your way towards an answer. Clear communication - you can turn a complex problem into an explanation that a customer can actually understand. Ownership - when you pick up a customer issue, you stick with it until it's solved or properly escalated. A team-first mindset - you're happy to share what you know, ask for help and help your teammates succeed. Curiosity and a love of technology - Rentman is a powerful and complex product, and you'll want to understand how it works under the hood. Adaptability - we release product updates every week, so you'll need to learn quickly and stay curious. A collaborative mindset - you can turn what you hear from customers into useful insights for Product, Engineering and the wider business.
