Python Developer

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office Your Profile & DNA: We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join the team within the Development Tooling department . In this role, you will design and develop a Python-based front-end solution for Box.com, helping internal users securely and efficiently manage content. Once the Box.com solution is established, you will also contribute to other applications managed by the BB8 team, including collaboration and portfolio management tools. Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop a Python-based front-end solution for Box.com integrationsWork with APIs and SaaS platformsBuild intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly internal toolingEnsure solutions meet security and compliance requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve application issuesSupport internal users and continuously improve the platformCollaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholdersContribute to other enterprise applications managed by the BB8 team Qualification & Experience A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.Strong Python development experienceExperience with or strong interest in front-end development using Python frameworksHands-on experience with APIs / REST APIsExperience with SaaS integrationsUnderstanding of security and complianceKnowledge of usability and accessibility principlesFamiliarity with DevOps practicesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent collaboration and communication skillsProactive mindset and ability to take ownershipNice to Have Experience with Box.com / Box APIsExperience with Confluence, Jira Align, AURA, or similar enterprise platformsExperience with OAuth, SSO, or role-based access controlExperience with CI/CD and automated deploymentsExperience working in enterprise development tooling environments What do we offer?
