Senior Profisee Developer 📍 Location: Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Hobart – Hybrid ⏳ Contract Duration: ASAP to 30 June 2027 💼 Industry: Federal Government ICT Program 🔒 Security Requirement: Active Baseline Security Clearance required, with ability to obtain and maintain NV1 🕒 Hours: Up to 40 hours per week About the Opportunity Hatchit Studios is seeking an experienced Senior Profisee Developer / Engineer for a labour hire engagement supporting a major Federal Government transformation program. This is a hands-on technical role focused on the development, implementation and ongoing operation of an enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform. The successful candidate will bring strong practical experience with Profisee MDM, Microsoft Azure and enterprise data integration, working alongside architects, engineers, business stakeholders and delivery teams. The role will contribute to the delivery of trusted, governed and high-quality master data capabilities across a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure and support enterprise MDM solutions using ProfiseeDesign and maintain integrations between Profisee, enterprise applications, data platforms and downstream consumersDevelop integrations using APIs, Azure services and ETL/ELT technologiesImplement data quality controls, validation processes, matching and survivorship rulesConfigure and support data stewardship workflows and governance controlsWork with architects, engineers, business analysts and data stewards to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsTroubleshoot complex platform, integration and data issues across development, test and production environmentsSupport application deployment, production operations and platform optimisationContribute to DevOps, CI/CD and deployment automation practicesProduce high-quality technical and operational documentationProvide technical guidance, mentoring and knowledge sharing across the delivery team Skills & Experience Required Demonstrated experience developing and implementing enterprise Profisee MDM solutionsStrong understanding of Master Data Management principles, including:Master and Reference DataData Governance and StewardshipData Quality ManagementMatching and SurvivorshipHierarchy ManagementStrong experience designing and implementing APIs and ETL/ELT integrationsHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Functions and Logic AppsStrong SQL and relational database experienceExperience with enterprise data modelling, data quality frameworks and metadata managementExperience developing, testing, deploying and supporting production-grade enterprise data solutionsDemonstrated experience working within Agile and/or DevOps delivery environmentsStrong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Highly Regarded Experience implementing MDM within Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric environmentsPrevious Federal Government, regulated industry or large enterprise experienceExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data platformsRelevant certifications in Azure, Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or Profisee MDM Security & Eligibility Candidates must hold an active Baseline AGSVA security clearance prior to commencement and be able to obtain and maintain a minimum NV1 security clearance.
