What To Expect
Build and evolve the core foundations of the Agentic AI Platform, including agent runtime, orchestration, human-in-the-loop, resilience, RAG infrastructure, tool registry, and lifecycle services.
Develop reusable platform services, SDKs, templates, and reference components for use case and country teams.
Implement agent orchestration patterns, state management, tool invocation, error handling, retry, escalation, and controlled human intervention.
Build retrieval and knowledge connectivity capabilities, including ingestion, embeddings, vector or graph integration, and retrieval APIs.
Implement MCP and tool-calling foundations with clear contracts, versioning, policy enforcement, and developer guidance.
Design modular components with clear separation between shared platform capabilities and use case-specific logic.
Contribute to automated testing, evaluation, observability, secure coding, CI/CD, and operational readiness.
Collaborate closely with the Lead Platform Architect, AI Engineers, Integration Engineer, DevOps, Security, Data, and SRE roles.

The base salary starts at €4.321 gross per month, depending on the candidate’s seniority, and is guaranteed to be paid 14 times a year.
