Description

Who we are We're a small, privately funded Australian startup making construction and industrial sites safer. Our product is a Bluetooth-connected immobiliser: equipment won't start until the operator completes a digital pre-start inspection using our app, all backed by a cloud platform for fleet managers and safety teams. We're in customer trials, with significant sales opportunities across Australia, New Zealand and North America. The role You'll be the person who knows the product best β€” web app to mobile app to the hardware itself: installation, setup, configuration, maintenance, everyday use and reporting. When a site supervisor can't pair a device, you're the calm voice who sorts it. When Sales needs a technical brain on a call or a demo, that's you too. And when a release goes out, you're the one who made sure it was tested, submitted and safe. Day to day you'll run support and onboarding, testing and QA, bug triage, app store releases, our customer docs and website, and a steady stream of small dev tasks. You'll build the processes as you go: this is a make-your-own-role kind of job, with a lot of variety and a direct view of every part of the business. We're an AI-native team β€” AI tools run through support, testing and development β€” so you'll use them daily and help run them where they face customers.
