Job DescriptionABOUT US
Come work for one of the fastest-growing sports tech and iGaming companies in the world.
Our NASDAQ-listed organization is aligned around shared passions for sports and technology, supporting thousands of partners with data and content worldwide.
We are seeking a full-stack SDK engineer to build the layer where our data reaches our partners' products.
Our new SDK concept and embeddable widgets are how hundreds of operators put live sports data, odds, and content in front of millions of users.
The ideal candidate is a strong engineer who writes for an audience of other developers and works fluently with AI coding agents.
This is a hands-on delivery role.
You will ship within established foundations along with experienced Staff and Senior Engineers who will provide mentorship and guidance.
We are building our engineering practice around modern tools and AI agents.
Your workflow experience carries as much weight here as seniority.
THE CHALLENGE
SDK Development: Extend the SDK within its existing architecture.
New modules, integrations, TypeScript definitions, and ensure quality and test coverage.Widget Development: Build embeddable widgets ensuring they render correctly inside any partner page.
Translate mocks into responsive, themeable, and accessible UI without requiring a front-end specialist for the last mile.API Integration: Integrate internal services and partner APIs into the SDK and widget layer across REST, WebSocket, and SSE, with the retries, reconnection, caching, and graceful degradation that live sports data demands.AI-Augmented Engineering: Ship daily with AI coding agents and embed that practice into our repositories.
Develop context files, reusable skills and commands, MCP server integrations with various tools.
Maintain fast feedback loops with typecheck, lint, and test commands that enable agent autonomy.Developer Experience: Maintain the documentation, runnable examples, and error messages that our integrating partners depend on.
Your users are other developers.
ABOUT YOU
Experience: 3+ years of production JavaScript/TypeScript development.
We are open across the mid-to-senior range, and depth in AI-assisted workflows counts for as much as years on the CV.Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with solid browser fundamentals — DOM, event loop, modern bundling (Vite, Rollup, esbuild), and module formats.AI Fluency: Daily experience with AI coding agents that goes beyond simple prompting.
You can explain how you structure a project so agents work well within it, and where you do not trust them.API Integration: Proven ability to consume HTTP and real-time APIs, including browser-side auth, CORS, and failure modes that degrade gracefully.Front-End Craft: Sufficient CSS and layout skill to build a moderately complex widget from mocks independently.
Design and UX ownership is not part of this role.Communication: Clear writing for a developer audience, and the instinct to ask early rather than build the wrong thing well.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Background in sports betting, iGaming, trading, or another real-time, high-frequency data environment.Testing depth across unit, integration, and browser automation (e.g., Vitest, Playwright), including visual regression for widget rendering.Experience with performance optimisations in a third-party context: bundle size, lazy loading, and impact on a host page you do not own.CI/CD experience and release automation.Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure.
OUR OFFER
A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and US) including various social events and teambuilding.
Flexibility to manage your workday and tasks with autonomy.
A balance of structure and autonomy to tackle your daily tasks.
Vibrant and inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups which welcome all participants.
Global Employee Assistance Programme.
Calm and Reulay app (leading well-being apps designed to support focus, quality rest, mindfulness, and long-term mental resilience).
Online training videos.
Flexible working hours.
While we appreciate the flexibility and benefits of working from home, we strongly believe that coming together in person fosters stronger connections, encourages collaboration, and drives innovation—both as individuals and as a company.
The energy, shared ideas, and team support we experience in the office strengthen the foundation of our success and culture.
For this reason, we are an office-first business operating on a fully on-site model, with team members working in the office five days a week to build relationships, exchange ideas, and grow together.
