About The Role The Web Developer within the Office of University Communications and Marketing is a key member of the digital team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining accessible, user-friendly websites and digital communications. This role involves collaborating with project managers, content specialists, designers, vendors, and university partners to deliver websites that support marketing initiatives, recruitment efforts, and enhance the overall student experience. The developer will primarily work with Drupal and WordPress content management systems to translate design mockups and UX/IA plans into fully functional, mobile-responsive websites aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards. The position requires a proactive individual with a passion for web development, a strong understanding of best practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
