Senior DevOps Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on strengthening the systems, automation, and deployment practices that support reliable software delivery at scale. You will partner closely with development teams to improve production readiness, streamline infrastructure operations, and raise standards across cloud and containerized environments. The position also offers the opportunity to apply AI-assisted tools to enhance DevOps efficiency and workflow automation. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools Collaborate with development teams to onboard applications and enforce DevOps standards Guide teams on production readiness, including monitoring and security Automate infrastructure and operational procedures using Bash, Python, and Terraform Manage workloads with Kubernetes, Rancher, and Docker in diverse environments Architect and support deployments on AWS, Azure, and GCP Implement observability and performance monitoring using tools like Prometheus and Grafana Leverage AI tools to enhance DevOps workflows and automation Qualifications 5+ years supporting highly available production environments Proficient in Bash and Python for scripting and automation Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, and Helm Familiar with Kubernetes certificate management and service mesh technologies Strong CI/CD experience with Jenkins or similar tools Skilled in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP Benefits Flexible remote work options in the PST time zone Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-assisted engineering tools Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams Continuous learning and professional development initiatives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
