Mandatory Experience: Software designSQLC# / .NETAPIsFront-end basicsEnd-user support. Strongly Preferred: Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) — especially IMC Learning Suite (Scheer-IMC)Experience with Visual Studio, multi-branch DevOps workflows, and Azure (ideally AKS / containerized deployments via existing pipelines)Experience applying IT security considerations in software designExperience integrating custom code with a COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) software productPrior work in a multi-cultural, public-service, transport, or aviation-related organizationFrench language ability (any level — higher is better; not required)Experience working in — or adjacent to — a corporate learning/training/e-learning context. Profile We're Looking For: Mid-to-senior back-end developer, roughly 3–6+ years' professional experience, comfortable as the sole embedded developer on a client team rather than working within a large delivery squadConfident working directly with client stakeholders (training experts, non-technical end users), not just other engineersAble to commute to or be based near Luxembourg at least 50% of working time on an ongoing basis, after a fully on-site first monthComfortable joining an existing codebase and working under a client's own coding standards and technical lead, rather than driving their own architectureStable, long-term availability — the client explicitly asks for continuity of the same person across the life of the contract (up to 5 years), so someone likely to rotate off after a few months is not a fit. What We Need from You: CV, with C#/.NET, SQL, and REST API experience clearly dated (years/duration per skill, not just "familiar with")2–3 concrete examples of past projects that demonstrate the mandatory skills above — ideally with specifics such as database designs, repo/commit history, screenshots, or API documentation the candidate personally produced (the client requires documented "Examples" per project, not just a skills list)Confirmation of willingness/ability to be based in or regularly travel to Luxembourg on the terms above.Availability date and confirmation of ability to commit to a multi-year engagement.
