We are now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead that work and develop our engineering organisation as we grow.YOU WILLXenergic is a Lund-based semiconductor company developing high-speed, On-chip memory IP for advanced chip technologies. Our engineering teams work across several technical disciplines, developing technology that spans from transistor-level design to customer integration and mass production.As Engineering Manager, you will lead Xenergic’s engineering organisation and take overall responsibility for product development and delivery. Working closely with the CEO, CTO and Business Development & Sales Manager, you will bring together technical direction, people and execution, ensuring that teams have the right priorities, resources and conditions to deliver.This is a role for someone who wants to lead without losing touch with the technology. You will work across analog and digital design, software and verification, bringing different engineering disciplines together and creating the structure needed to turn advanced technology into reliable products and customer solutions.Your main responsibilities will be to:Lead and develop the engineering organisation across analog, digital, software and verification.Take overall responsibility for product development and delivery, including resources, priorities, timelines and budgets.Develop engineering processes, design methodologies and ways of working that support quality and efficient development.Develop the team and its capabilities while creating clarity, collaboration and accountability across the organisation.Ensure effective communication and documentation throughout product development and with relevant internal and external stakeholders.The role reports to the CEO and is part of the management team. It is a full-time position based in Lund.YOU ARE Your career has given you a strong technical foundation and experience in complex product development within semiconductors, electronics or another relevant technology environment. Over time, you have taken on broader responsibility and moved towards leading people, teams and technical delivery.A technical university degree in electronics or a related field provides a strong foundation for the role. Equivalent technical experience may also be considered. Experience in the semiconductor industry is particularly valuable, especially within areas such as memory, chip design, verification, chip validation or silicon bring-up.You have experience leading engineers and understand how to create the right conditions for highly skilled specialists to do their best work. You are comfortable setting priorities, making decisions and taking responsibility for delivery when several teams and technical disciplines need to work together.As a leader, you are pragmatic and solution-oriented. You stay close enough to the technology to understand the challenges, ask the right questions and support your teams, without needing to be the expert in every technical detail. You bring structure when needed, while giving experienced engineers the trust and space to solve complex problems.
