Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the design, development, testing, and deployment of software across the teamDrive engineering improvements and communicate the principles behind your work clearly to the wider teamLead conversations around software systems and contribute meaningfully to wider architectural discussionsSupport estimation and planning activities, challenging requirements and fostering creative solutions where neededEvolve systems towards target state architecture through thoughtful refactoring and delivery prioritisationMentor and support junior engineers, helping raise the technical bar across the teamContribute to a well-defined software development lifecycle that supports planning, prioritisation, and delivery About You 5+ years' experience as a Full Stack Engineer in a professional, fast-paced environmentStrong frontend skills including React, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3Solid backend experience with JavaProficient working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocketsStrong database knowledge across both SQL and NoSQLHands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, Fargate, API Gateway, and AppSyncFamiliar with microservices architecture, containerisation, and Infrastructure as Code using TerraformExperienced with CI/CD pipelines and source control using GitComfortable working in Agile cross-functional delivery teams alongside BAs and Product OwnersExcellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement Benefits Salary: Up to £60kHybrid workingDiscretionary bonusPensionPrivate healthcareOngoing learning and support To find out more about this opportunity, hit Apply or reach out to a member of the Enso Recruitment team today!✉️📞
