Founding Engineer| Relationship Intelligence Platform | London Up to £140k · 4 days onsite, Central London We're working with an early-stage startup building a relationship intelligence platform for institutional sales. It helpings asset managers understand who matters, how people and organisations connect, and where to act next, using enterprise data, relationship graphs and AI. They're looking for a Founding Engineer to own features end-to-end: React/Next.js/TypeScript on the frontend, TypeScript or Python on the backend. You'll: Build and ship across frontend, backend, data and infraDevelop AI-assisted features on complex relationship/market dataWork directly with pilot customers, from idea to production You have: Strong React/TypeScript experience in productionBackend experience in TypeScript, Python, or bothFull-stack ownership mentality, strong debugging, good product judgementComfort with AI dev tools, high bar for code quality Nice to have: LLM/AI agent experience, enterprise integrations or startup background. 📍 Central London, 4 days a week onsite · 💰 Up to £140k
