Joining our Sales Team, you'll be instrumental in expanding our network, empowering sellers to bring a strong portfolio of businesses onto the platform. Your work will equip sales teams with effective strategies and resources to identify and engage high-potential partners, enhancing the quality of businesses joining our platform and contributing directly to Delivery Hero's ecosystem growth. What would you do Lead the development and implementation of efficient partner acquisition tools, including vendor grading for prioritizing high-potential businessesDemonstrate strong autonomy in analyzing acquisition data, conducting deep-dives to identify potential issues, and proactively flagging them to relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and process integrityEnhance performance tracking and reporting, enabling data-driven insights to optimize sales productivity and identify deviationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition tools with global standards and adapt them for market needsIdentify process optimization opportunities and contribute to developing new features that streamline workflows and improve sales efficiency
