Mid-Level- Laravel PHP Developer

Role Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level- Laravel PHP Developer to join our dynamic team at Midas Health Service. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the server-side logic of ERP-based hospital management systems. You will work closely with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with robust back-end functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel and PHPWrite clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practicesDesign and manage databases (PostgreSQL) and write optimized queriesCreate and consume RESTful APIsTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver features on time Maintain version control using GitWork on ERP-based modules, particularly those related to Accounts and HR functionalities Skills: Strong understanding of MVC architecture and OOP conceptsExperience with front-end technologies like Vue.js, React (Full Stack capability preferred)Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrationsKnowledge of database design and query optimizationUnderstanding of secure coding practices and performance optimizationHands-on experience in Accounts and HR modulesExperience working with ERP solutions/systemsFull Stack development experience will be highly preferredAbility to work independently as well as part of a collaborative teamGood problem-solving and communication skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: At least 2 to 4 years of experience in software development.
