Senior / Lead Developer – .NET, React & Azure

Seers Digital | Brisbane Seers Digital is looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Developer to join our team and work on a strategic digital transformation initiative with a major Queensland Government organization. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new customer-facing digital platform from the ground up. You’ll take a leading technical role in designing and developing a proof-of-concept transactional customer portal using .NET, React and Form.io, while helping establish the architecture, development standards and technical foundations for future migration of customer-facing digital services. The Opportunity This is more than a BAU development role. You’ll be involved at the foundation stage of a significant digital platform initiative, helping validate the future-state architecture and technology stack while establishing patterns that can support future services. You’ll work across solution design, architecture, development, integration, Azure services, DevOps, testing and deployment. What You’ll Do Lead the technical design and development of a new customer-facing transactional portalDesign and develop solutions using .NET, React and Form.io Help establish foundational solution architecture and development standardsDevelop secure, scalable and maintainable application componentsDefine and implement integration patterns with enterprise systemsSupport the configuration and use of relevant Microsoft Azure services Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices supporting ongoing developmentParticipate in solution design and technical architecture discussionsLead or contribute to application testing, deployment and technical troubleshootingEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security and operational standardsProvide technical guidance and support to other developersProduce high-quality technical documentationSupport knowledge transfer and continuous improvement throughout the projectWhat We’re Looking For Strong senior-level commercial development experience with .NET / C# Strong experience developing modern applications using React Experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade web applicationsStrong understanding of solution architecture and application design principlesExperience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application developmentExperience with APIs, integrations and enterprise integration patternsExperience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and modern development practicesStrong understanding of application security, scalability and maintainabilityExperience establishing development standards and technical patternsStrong problem-solving and technical leadership capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHighly Desirable Experience with Form.io Experience developing customer-facing transactional portalsQueensland Government or broader government experienceExperience delivering proof-of-concept or greenfield digital platformsExperience modernizing or migrating legacy digital servicesWhy Seers Digital?
