Senior Profisee Developer

Profectus is seeking experienced Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Developers to support the delivery and ongoing operation of an enterprise MDM platform within an Australian Government agency. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure and uses Profisee MDM to manage master and reference data across business and technology domains. The work covers platform configuration, integration development, data quality and matching rules, stewardship workflows and production support. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions, primarily on the Profisee platformDesign, build and maintain integrations between the MDM platform, enterprise applications and downstream systems using APIs, Azure services and ETL/ELT toolingImplement data quality controls, validation rules, matching and survivorship logic, stewardship workflows and governance controlsBuild and maintain solutions using Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Functions and Logic AppsModel master and reference data, and maintain hierarchies and metadataTake assigned work packages through analysis, development, testing, deployment and ongoing supportInvestigate and resolve complex platform, integration and data issues across development, test and production environmentsContribute to engineering standards, DevOps practices, deployment automation and operational processesSupport platform reliability, security and performance through monitoring and optimisationProduce and maintain technical, operational and support documentationProvide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to other team membersWork with architects, engineers, business analysts and data stewards to turn business requirements into supportable solutions Required Experience Strong experience delivering enterprise Master Data Management solutions, including hands on development and configuration of an MDM platform such as ProfiseeSound understanding of master data, reference data, data governance, data stewardship, data quality management, matching and survivorship, and hierarchy managementExperience designing and building data integrations using APIs, ETL/ELT processes and modern integration toolingStrong development experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Functions and Logic AppsExperience with relational databases and SQL in enterprise environmentsExperience delivering complex data solutions within Agile or DevOps delivery teamsExperience developing, testing, deploying and supporting production grade data platforms and enterprise applicationsDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement lasting solutionsUnderstanding of data modelling, data quality rules and metadata management practicesAbility to work with technical and business stakeholders and produce clear documentation Desirable Experience Experience implementing MDM on Azure or Microsoft FabricExperience within an Australian Government agency, regulated industries or large enterprise environmentsExperience building CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps practices for data platformsExperience supporting large transformation programs that replace ageing core systemsCertifications in Azure architecture, Azure engineering, data architecture, enterprise architecture or Profisee MDM Security Clearance Requirements Must be an Australian CitizenMust hold an active AGSVA Baseline security clearance prior to commencementMust have the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA NV1 security clearance Working Arrangements HybridCanberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Why Profectus Profectus partners with Australian Government agencies to deliver trusted ICT capability across complex delivery programs.
