C# / .NET Developer

SYNTAX IT Group, on behalf of one of our clients — a well-established insurance company in the Greek market — is looking for a talented and motivated C# / .NET Developer to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web-based applications using .NET 8 and Blazor, ensuring robust functionality, performance, and user-friendly interfaces.Develop and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration with third-party systems.Execute full software development lifecycle, writing clean, testable, and efficient code with proper documentation.Study and implement provide business requirements into efficient code solutions and system integrations.Conduct research for innovative technologies, tools and solutions and transfer knowledge and know-how to other developers.Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other team members to get the job done and achieve the best possible results. Skills & Qualifications: B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years’ hands on experience as software developer.Proven experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with strong command of C#.Solid understanding and practical use of .NET version 5 or greater.Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.Experience in developing and consuming APIs for system integration. Will be Considered a Plus: M.Sc. degree in a Computer Science or related field.Enterprise application development experience using .NET 8.Hands-on knowledge using Blazor and Blazor components such as FluentUI & MudBlazor.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge in integrating Entra ID and SSO in .NET web applications. Additional Skills: Proficiency in both Greek and English, with effective communication and presentation abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively or independently as required.Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability.Commitment to self-development and continuous learning.Business insight and understanding of organizational goals.
