About The Role We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team at the Mönchengladbach location. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that deliver tangible business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers, to translate complex requirements into functional and scalable Salesforce applications. Your expertise will help automate manual processes, enhance system configurations, and integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST APIs and other interfaces. Qualifications The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification. You should have at least two years of professional experience in Salesforce development and configuration, with proven expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, and Salesforce Flows. Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder are essential. Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and sharing settings within Salesforce is required. Experience with REST API integrations, Git-based workflows, Salesforce CLI, and basic Python scripting will be considered advantageous. Excellent communication skills in both German and English, along with a valid EU work permit, are necessary. Responsibilities Develop innovative Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex controllers, and triggers based on detailed user stories and business requirements.Transform manual processes into efficient digital workflows by implementing low-code automations with Salesforce Flows, enhancing operational efficiency.Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including data models, user interfaces, roles, and permissions, to align with organizational needs.Design and implement integrations with external systems through REST APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation via Platform Events.Collaborate closely with business units and fellow developers, utilizing modern development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Visual Studio Code to ensure high-quality deliverables.Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high standards of software quality and maintainability.
