About The Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer specializing in WordPress to join our team on a full-time basis at our location in Viersen. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining engaging, responsive websites that align with our clients' branding and functional requirements. You will work within agile teams characterized by flat hierarchies, offering you the freedom to contribute creatively and technically to exciting projects. Your responsibilities will include managing existing client websites, implementing complete responsive designs as WordPress templates, and ensuring the technical and visual quality of all deliverables. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a developer who loves working with WordPress, enjoys tackling challenging projects, and values a collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for WordPress development and a deep understanding of web technologies. You should be proficient in HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with a preference for developers who dislike using off-the-shelf templates and instead prefer creating custom solutions. Experience with Docker and Git is essential, as is familiarity with Bootstrap and Symfony frameworks. Prior experience in client communication is a plus, along with the ability to work independently or collaboratively on projects exceeding 500 hours. A proactive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and goal-driven approach are crucial qualities for success in this role.
