This position reports to the Head of Digital Transformation. If you’re a leader who builds trust and your goal is to make a real impact on our security and success, we’re looking for you! Your day-to-day Actively participate in the analysis, design, and development of business systems such as ERP, CRM, and web applications. Work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and various internal groups at Stingray such as sales, finance, operations, and appsAnalyze different requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDesign and implement solution integrations within the ecosystem (NetSuite, Salesforce, AWS, others) Take an active role in the development and evolution of our agent platform, by proposing innovative technical solutions that address the company’s business needs and the evolution of new capabilities brought by AI Integrate modern agentic AI tools into the development workflow to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate delivery Monitor system performance and ensure technical maintenanceCreate and maintain technical documentation for solutionsPrepare and perform unit tests Your Qualifications University degree in Computer Science or Engineering Understanding of financial and accounting processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency with AI assistance tools such as Cursor, Codex or Claude Code Experience in developing agentsKnowledge of relational databases (Postgres or similar) Experience with Netsuite or another ERP systemProgramming experience (Python, Typescript)Resourceful, autonomous, and quick learnerDetail-oriented, meticulous, and accountable for actions Excellent communication skillsFluent in French and English Nice-to-haves Engaging and collaborative leadership styleAbility to prioritize and navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment Strong analytical and rigorous mindset with a problem-solving orientation Ability to identify needs and take initiative to improve internal processes and software infrastructure Skill in building trusted relationships with stakeholdersA strong interest in continuous improvement and learning Ability to translate technical issues into business impacts The team you’ll be joining Become part of a dedicated team of experts on a mission to improve our internal processes.
