Role Description The Software Engineer will work on-site in Serpong in a full-time capacity, designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support Warehouse Management System (WMS) projects.
Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing back-end features, writing clean and efficient code, integrating APIs and database services, and troubleshooting technical issues.
The role involves collaborating with consultants and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical designs, participating in code reviews, and contributing to system architecture decisions.
The Software Engineer will also help improve development processes, ensure code quality and performance, and support deployment and maintenance activities for client solutions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming for business-critical applications.Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful services and database integration.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in production code.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with common back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Node.js) and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).Ability to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with WMS, ERP systems, or logistics solutions is an advantage.
