Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React and JavaScript technologies.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform ideas into robust, scalable solutions.Deliver well-tested, maintainable, and high-performing front-end code within agreed project timelines.Build user interfaces that align with user experience best practices and industry design trends.Create prototypes and interactive concepts to communicate design and user interaction ideas.Apply UI/UX principles to help end users efficiently achieve their goals.Partner with back-end engineers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and server-side functionality.Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and front-end development standards.Troubleshoot and resolve browser compatibility, performance, and usability issues.Continuously improve application functionality, design consistency, and user experience. Required Qualifications 3 to 5 years of professional experience in front-end or user interface development.Strong experience with JavaScript and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks.Hands-on experience with React.js or a comparable modern front-end framework.Experience developing highly interactive web applications.Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.Understanding of MVC, MVP, and/or MVVM architectural patterns.Knowledge of website design, usability principles, and responsive design techniques.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment.Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and rendering challenges.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with TypeScript.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience creating prototypes and user interaction workflows.Experience supporting international product rollouts and global user bases.Portfolio of front-end projects or code samples demonstrating UI development expertise.
