Role: Solution Engineer with (GitHub Actions) or Platform Engineer with AI Location: Halifax, NS (4 Days hybrid) Fulltime Job Description: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT with equivalent experienceHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelinesExperience creating and debugging pipeline stagesStrong understanding of build systems and project types (Maven, NPM, PyPi, .NET, MSBuild)Ability to write POM and Settings files from scratchGitHub Actions workflows, execution, and runnersExperience with tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitOps, Artifactory, SonarQube, Terraform, UCD, AnsibleJenkins pipelines (Declarative, Multibranch, Maven pipelines)Troubleshooting Jenkins failures and configuration issuesSonarQube configuration and usage CD tools like Terraform, UCD Ansible for configuration and deploymentDocker and containerization (Dockerfiles, commands)Kubernetes (clusters, namespaces, PV/PVC, Helm charts, kubectl deployments)Troubleshooting Kubernetes issues (pods, logs, nodes, events) Nice-to-have: CI/CD experience with NPM or NuGetGroovy pipeline scriptingStrong communication skillsAgile tools (JIRA, ServiceNow) Scripting experience (Groovy, Shell, Python)
