Initial Requirements to Apply ✅ B1+ English level or higher (spoken and written). ✅ Must reside in Bogotá, Colombia and have legal authorization to work in the country. ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in CI/CD deployment activities, application and infrastructure support, or Release Management. Required Experience Technologist, final-semester university student, or graduate in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in CI/CD deployments and Release Management.Minimum 3 years of experience automating deployment processes.Minimum 2 years of experience working with Cloud and On-Premises infrastructure.Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems.Knowledge of networking, web servers, and databases.Experience managing and executing deployment and software release processes.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, networking, security, and database teams.Experience providing technical support for enterprise applications.Experience designing, developing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.Experience automating deployments using DevOps tools.Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines for application build and deployment following DevSecOps practices.Implement deployment automation across Cloud and On-Premises environments.Lead deployment and release management activities for corporate applications.Develop implementation plans and coordinate technical teams involved in deployment activities.Manage changes through ITIL processes.Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents while ensuring compliance with established SLAs.Create and maintain operational procedures, architecture documentation, and technical manuals.Record and manage requests and incidents through ITSM platforms.Provide technical support and guidance to end users.Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
