What You’ll Do Lead collaboration with tech leads to design and implement sustainable software architecture.Establish engineering processes that prioritize maintainability, quality, and smooth delivery.Get hands-on with building key parts of the solution alongside the development team.Partner with clients to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.Drive strategic architecture decisions that align technical execution with business goals.Empower the development team, create clarity in the architecture decision-making process. What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience as a Software Architect.Strong background in software development with experience in Java, Angular, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.Experience with leading technical decision-making.Ability to balance technical requirements with business objectives.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with clients and development teams.Fluency in Estonian and English.
