Our challenge
We are seeking an experienced Java Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend and frontend application development, microservices, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled software solutions.
The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern web technologies while contributing to the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, architects, data scientists, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance, and user-friendly applications.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Las Vegas, NV is $100K - $120K & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using React, Angular, or similar technologies.Develop and maintain microservices and event-driven applications.Design and implement secure RESTful and asynchronous APIs for internal and external integrations.Integrate frontend applications with backend services, databases, and third-party platforms.Implement business logic, validation, error handling, logging, and monitoring capabilities.Develop database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and data-access components using relational and NoSQL databases.Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following enterprise coding standards.Participate in architecture and design discussions and contribute to technical solution documentation.Develop unit, integration, API, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality and reliability.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Integrate applications and automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives.Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of professional software development experience, including strong Java full-stack development experience.
Strong programming experience with Java 8 or higher.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Proficiency with at least one modern frontend framework:
ReactAngularVue.jsStrong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra, or Redis is desirable.
Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, or equivalent tools.
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of microservices, containerization, and deployment technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Preferred skills:
Experience integrating Generative AI or machine learning capabilities into production applications.
Knowledge of LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Gemini.
Experience with:

Knowledge of AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and model governance is an advantage.
