Location Requirement
This is a hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland.
Candidates must currently reside in Poland or be willing to relocate independently to Warsaw, as relocation support is not provided for this position.
What you'll be doing:
Develop Engaging User Interfaces
Build, maintain, and evolve highly interactive and responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and libraries.
Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into high-quality code, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal user experience.
Develop reusable UI components and frontend libraries to maintain consistency and accelerate development across our product suite.
Build and iterate quickly on prototypes to validate new AI, data and product concepts before they move into full product development.
Contribute to the entire frontend development of lifecycle, from conceptualization and design input to deployment and maintenance.
Integrate with Backend Services and Data
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and other backend services to fetch and display dynamic data.
Implement data visualization components and dashboards to present complex analytical insights in an intuitive and actionable manner.
Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define API contracts and optimize data flow for frontend consumption.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide constructive feedback on potential implementation challenges.
Ensure Quality, Performance, and Accessibility
Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and stability of frontend applications.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Implement web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to ensure our products are usable by the widest possible audience.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaboration and Innovation
Work effectively within an Agile team, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and provide expertise on frontend best practices.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Research and evaluate new frontend technologies and tools to enhance our development processes and product capabilities.
What you'll need:
5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
Extensive experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Angular, React.js.
English fluency B2/C1 Solid understanding of state management patterns and libraries Experience with CSS preprocessors Familiarity with module bundlers Proficiency in writing automated tests for frontend applications (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright).
Experience consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Plotly) is highly desirable.
Experience building interfaces for AI-powered products, conversational experiences, data-heavy applications or developer tools is a plus.
