We love that you will… Software Development & Technical Delivery Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions supporting Innovation & Product Development (INPD), Human Resources (HR), and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE). Translate business and functional requirements into high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions. Deliver features and enhancements aligned with sprint commitments and product roadmaps. Ensure solutions meet requirements for quality, performance, security, and supportability. Partner with Solution Architects to validate technical feasibility, identify implementation risks, and translate approved architecture into detailed technical designs. Escalate architectural deviations, security concerns, and significant design trade-offs through the appropriate governance process. Integration & Application Engineering Develop and maintain integrations between business platforms, enterprise applications, SaaS solutions, and data services. Implement APIs, event-driven integrations, middleware services, and workflow automation. Ensure data integrity, reliability, and security across integrated systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while identifying opportunities for optimization and simplification. Develop reusable components, libraries, and engineering patterns to accelerate delivery. DevSecOps & Engineering Excellence Follow Pandora software engineering, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code quality controls, and deployment automation. Apply secure coding practices and support vulnerability remediation activities. Participate in peer reviews, code reviews, and engineering quality assessments. Drive continuous improvement of development practices, standards, and engineering productivity. AI-Assisted Engineering & Automation Leverage AI tools and modern engineering capabilities to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation. Support implementation of AI-enabled features, intelligent automation, and productivity improvements within business applications. Promote responsible and secure use of AI-assisted software engineering practices. Contribute to establishing reusable AI engineering patterns and development guidelines for the engineering community. Production Support & Reliability Provide Level 3 support for applications and integrations within assigned product domains. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions for recurring issues. Monitor application health, performance, and reliability through appropriate observability and monitoring tools. Maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Drive initiatives that reduce technical debt and improve platform stability. Collaboration & Capability Building Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement, estimation, and sprint planning. Mentor and support junior engineers through coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
