Position Overview

Responsibilities
Design and architect microservices-based applications and modern React front-end solutions.Work closely with product management and business stakeholders to understand user needs and rapidly deliver enhancements and new capabilities.Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and approaches that improve software products, including cloud-native architectures, containerization, and modern React and .NET technologies.Promote excellence through best practices, continuous improvement, code quality, innovation, and user experience enhancements.Collaborate with product teams to contribute to solution design, estimates, feature roadmaps, and strategic technology initiatives.Recommend and implement modern technology solutions to address business requirements and challenges.Perform code reviews and enforce development standards through peer reviews, automated testing, and quality assurance practices.Mentor and guide junior developers in application design, coding, testing, configuration, deployment, and maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience using React and .NET C#.Strong expertise in React and C#/.NET Core development for high-volume, low-latency applications and services.Expert knowledge of microservices, micro frontends, Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns, APIs, and event-driven architecture design and implementation.Strong front-end development experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.Strong understanding of software design principles related to security, scalability, performance, and reliability.Experience working in Agile software development environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.Experience collaborating with product management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and communicate technical designs and solutions.Experience building cloud-based solutions, preferably within Microsoft Azure environments.Familiarity with AI technologies, tools, and emerging industry trends.
