Be the driving force on a product area in the Surveying domain, shaping solutions from concept to deliveryEvolve the architecture toward simpler, loosely coupled, autonomous systems and cut cross-team dependenciesModernise a complex .NET legacy landscape through pragmatic, incremental changeChampion AI-assisted development for real, from Claude Code in testing and pipelines to raising the bar on how the team buildsShip production-grade software in modern .NET on Azure, and stay hands-onSet standards, mentor, and lift the whole team through better practices, architecture, and documentation
