DevOps Engineer

We are an internal software house operating within the international insurance group AXA. We provide IT solutions for the needs of AXA companies in Europe. We work in English on a daily basis, in close-knit teams, carrying out international development projects. About the project: As a DevOps Engineer, you will hold responsibility for managing our cloud and on premises infrastructure ecosystems. You will help AXA’s drive on their strategic migration away from legacy monoliths to next-generation, cloud-native platforms, primarily in the area of Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes. Ensure developers can develop and release secure, quality software. Manage the infrastructure required to support that software and monitor the applications are available as expected. Your responsibilities: Configure and administer Azure DevOps for teams to run agile sprints and deploy secure quality software,Create and maintain the build/release processes using YAML for multiple agile teams and dev/test/production environments both on-premises and in Azure,Create and deploy secure BICEP code for all infrastructure and Configs within Azure,Ensure compliance on Azure security centre and Azure policy,Recommend solutions and process improvements while being flexible with changing requirements and priorities,Adoption and implementation of containerization and orchestration platforms,Provide analysis of system unavailability and poor performance and impact on customers/staff,Share knowledge within the project team Our requirements: CI/CD: Deep experience with modern pipelines, particularly Github and Azure DevOps,Hands-on expertise in with OpenShift Clusters (maintaining as well as building rather than simply deploying) on a daily basis,Experience with setting up and configuring cloud networking,At least 3-4 years DevOps experience particularly using Azure DevOps, Azure and Kubernetes.Understanding and experience of Agile based development methodologiesExperience of working with business partners and non-IT based customersExperience in integrating with external / third party systemsUnderstanding of IT SecurityDegree or equivalent in IT, Computing or similar disciplineOptional Azure certification What we offer: B2B: 120-170 zł/h net + VatThe opportunity to influence technological solutions and product direction in an international financial organizationAmbitious projects with a high degree of autonomy and responsibilityA stable, long-term assignment with flexible working hours and a hybrid work model
