Responsibilities Lead and mentor backend engineers, providing technical guidance and supportDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend servicesTake ownership of backend architecture and contribute to key technical decisionsEstablish and maintain engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable codeCollaborate closely with Product, Frontend, QA, DevOps, and other teamsIdentify technical risks and propose effective solutions. Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and securityParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and monitoringHelp define technical roadmaps and break complex requirements into actionable tasksTroubleshoot and resolve complex production and technical issuesRequirements 5+ years of professional backend software development experienceStrong commercial experience with Go or Node.jsExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or microservicesStrong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDBExperience with cloud platforms and/or containerization technologies such as AWS, Docker, and KubernetesGood understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, and system architectureExperience with CI/CD and modern software development practicesStrong understanding of software engineering principles and design patternsPrevious experience leading or mentoring engineersStrong communication and problem-solving skillsUpper-Intermediate or higher level of English
