Medow’s solutions are tailored to real-world clinical environments and emphasise intelligent, efficient, and precise technology. The company partners with leading Australian specialist EMRs such as Genie and Gentu, embedding AI into existing workflows to elevate practice performance and user experience. What you'll do: Ship features end to end.Build and maintain integrations with practice management systems.Work on real-time audio and voice systems.Build with LLMs in production and evaluate output quality.Work directly with product, clinical, and data science colleagues to turn real problems into shipped software. Our Stack: TypeScript end to end: React on the front end, Node (NestJS) and PostgreSQL on the back end. Qualifications: Startup or scale-up experience is a must. You're comfortable with ambiguity, you own problems end to end, and you'd rather ship and iterate than wait for a perfect spec.Experience building products on top of LLMs. A track record of delivering production-grade web applications across the stack.Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, solid experience with React or a comparable framework, and experience building secure, scalable APIs on Node. NestJS specifically is a bonus.Good fundamentals: relational databases, API design, and testing.You collaborate well with non-engineers and can translate business and clinical requirements into technical solutions.You use AI tools in your daily engineering work and have a sense of where they help and where they don't. Nice to have: Cloud platform experience.Healthcare or another regulated industry. The Details: Full-time, on-site in Sydney (1-2 days working from home per week)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.You must have the right to work in Australia.
