Your Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate a sovereign on-premise private cloud platform across the full stack (infrastructure, networking, virtualization, containers)Manage Linux-based systems, compute, storage, and networking (L2/L3, routing, load balancing, firewalls)Build and operate container and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) and virtualization layersImplement Infrastructure-as-Code and automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and improve CI/CD pipelinesEnsure observability, monitoring, logging, and system reliability across the platformApply security best practices across all layers (IAM, network security, encryption, system hardening)Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple layers and continuously improve platform resilience and usability
Your Profile
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field — or equivalent practical experienceStrong hands-on experience with Linux system administration and infrastructure engineeringSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls)Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible or similar)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, scripting or programming (Python, Go, Bash or similar)Understanding of observability tools and reliability conceptsStrong problem-solving mindset, ownership, and willingness to learnSwiss citizenship is required
