AI-Assisted Full-Stack Developer

Job Description We are looking for an AI-Assisted Developer to build fast, practical, and reliable software solutions for small and medium-sized business clients. The role involves AI-assisted development, full-stack implementation, code review, testing, deployment, and client requirements gathering. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across different technology stacks and able to deliver quality solutions within defined project scopes. Key Responsibilities Build small, scoped software tools and workflow solutions using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.Work with the BDO during requirements-gathering discussions to understand client workflows, assess technical feasibility, and define clear technical requirements.Develop and integrate frontend, backend, database, API, and other components required for each project.Review, test, debug, and improve AI-generated code to identify security issues, edge cases, errors, and potential failures before deployment.Work within agreed project scope and timelines, and clearly communicate scope changes or additional requirements.Deploy completed applications to production, including basic hosting, environment setup, and simple CI/CD where required.Prepare simple handover documentation and explain completed solutions clearly to non-technical clients.Identify practical point-solution opportunities within SMB workflows and contribute to improving development processes and delivery quality. Job Specification Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field will be preferred; relevant practical experience will also be considered.Proven experience developing and delivering software using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.Strong full-stack development skills with experience in frontend technologies such as React/Vue, backend technologies such as Python/Node.js, and databases.Ability to work with different technology stacks and quickly learn unfamiliar technologies when required.Strong code review, debugging, testing, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to verify AI-generated code before use.Practical knowledge of APIs, databases, version control, application security, deployment, hosting, and basic CI/CD.Ability to understand business workflows and translate requirements into practical, accurately scoped technical solutions.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.Experience with freelance, agency, consultancy, or fixed-scope client projects will be an advantage.Strong ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
