At QOCO, we develop SaaS solutions that help global airlines and MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) turn complex data into smooth operations and reduced aircraft downtime. As an AI-Native Developer, you’ll play a key role in building scalable systems and helping us rethink how modern software is developed. What You’ll Be Doing Building scalable SaaS solutions using C#/.NET or Node.js on the backend and TypeScript/React on the frontendWorking in an AI-native development environment, using tools such as Copilot and Claude CodeExploring and adopting new AI-driven development tools that improve productivity and engineering efficiencyContributing to the technical direction and architecture of our core productsCollaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions What We’re Looking For Strong full-stack development skillsSolid experience with Node.js or C#/.NET on the backendExperience with TypeScript and ReactAI-native mindset: actively using AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and rethink traditional engineering workflows.Experience with Docker and cloud environmentsStrong communication skills and a proactive attitudeFluent in English, written and spoken Nice to have Experience designing scalable software architecturesKnowledge of secure software design/cybersecurity About QOCO We are a fast-growing company building next-generation SaaS solutions for the aviation industry.
