Description

Job DescriptionAre you passionate about turning users into loyal, repeat customers β€” and driving growth through data-driven marketing? Let's talk! Our Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist – CRM to join our CRM function within Performance Marketing. You'll follow the same rituals as the rest of the team β€” campaign planning, weekly reporting, and a continuous test-execute-report-retest cycle. This isn't email marketing. At efood, CRM is a performance channel: a mix of email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and in-product visibility, all pointed at one goal β€” driving retention (and a slice of acquisition, through onboarding and activation). Vouchers are an extra incentive layer used to boost incrementality through these channels for specific segments, and managing that budget is a core skill in its own right. Segmentation and rigorous evaluation decide which channel, incentive and budget combination gets used for which user group β€” this is a role for someone who takes a performance approach to spend allocation, not just campaign content. You'll be working with 2.5M+ active users in a 6-month period and high interaction frequency β€” meaning your decisions get tested against real business results almost instantly. What you'll do: Own the full campaign cycle within CRM β€” strategy, execution, reporting, evaluation, retest β€” with fast, at-scale feedback Decide the right mix of channels (email, push, in-app messages, SMS, in-product visibility) per user segment, and applying a performance approach to how budget is split Focus on driving incrementality β€” testing whether a voucher is actually needed to move a segment, or whether comms alone achieve the same result, so incentive spend only goes where it changes behavior Address all critical user lifecycle stages β€” onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, win-back β€” through ongoing cross-channel communication Define, track and report on retention and business KPIs (repeat purchase rate, D30/D90 retention, LTV) and translate results into concrete business decisions, not just campaign learnings Own the performance of voucher-led incentives β€” sizing, targeting and budget included β€” treating incentive spend as a lever to optimize, not a fixed cost Plan, execute and document A/B tests within CRM channels, and participate in Performance Marketing's shared reporting and optimization rituals Own campaign-level reporting and evaluation, presenting results in business terms that inform decisions beyond the CRM team Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze customer behavior and refine segmentation and targeting logic Actively participate in budget planning, treating voucher and incentive spend as a business investment with measurable ROI Research and develop best practices and automations that elevate campaign management and efficiency Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute with creative ideas grounded in business impact, not just engagement
