Senior Java Developer – Loyalty Systems

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a team working on a large-scale Java application for one of the largest loyalty program. In this role, you will analyze business requirements and production issues to design robust solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and product teams. This role involves business trips to Warsaw once a month. Your tasks Develop and maintain a large-scale Java application running in the cloudAnalyze business requirements and production issues to design robust, maintainable solutionsOwn features end-to-end, from requirements analysis through implementation, testing, deployment, and production supportCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and other engineersCommunicate technical concepts and solution proposals clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesCreate and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and support continuous deliveryDocument architectural decisions, design concepts, and implementation approachesParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Requirements Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Java backend software development in large-scale enterprise applications and complex codebasesSolid knowledge of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, object-oriented design principles, and clean code practicesExperience working with AWS or another major cloud providerStrong understanding of application architecture, performance optimization, and maintainabilityExperience with automated testing, including unit and integration testsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practicesExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholdersAdvanced level of Polish and English Job no.
