Pre Trade Technology Senior Developer Role Summary BGC Partners are looking for a flexible, hard-working, numerate, energetic and confident, delivery-oriented “Full Stack” developer to work on an electronic compression platform (“NDF Match”). A highly proactive approach is essential, including the ability to engage with the business to capture requirements, operating within an Agile methodology and business constraints. The wider group is globally responsible for real-time pricing models used on the broking desks, and the distribution of prices internally within the group for, distribution to Reuters, Bloomberg, and external web applications. With teams in London, Singapore, New York and Sydney, the teams work closely and iteratively with desks all over the world to provide innovative, revenue-facilitating pricing, and related analytics applications. The primary focus of this role will be to further develop the platform and support the Front Office desk that operate the electronic venue. There will also be, from time to time, the need to support external users (Bank traders) where they are having problems using the platform.
