🔵Project Description:
Join a healthcare data platform team building client-scoped SLO monitoring and alerting solutions.
The project includes automated dashboard and alert generation across 110-140 services, as well as an internal application providing customer-specific SLA visibility.
This role focuses on application instrumentation, telemetry quality, and observability adoption across distributed systems.
AI-assisted development is expected and encouraged.

🔵Responsibilities:
- Instrument applications using OpenTelemetry SDKs in Go and Node.js/TypeScript.
- Implement and maintain custom metrics and telemetry.
- Contribute instrumentation changes across repositories owned by multiple teams.
- Support Kubernetes and Helm-based deployments.
- Work with GraphQL services and APIs.
- Validate telemetry signals against independent data sources before they are used for alerting.
- Collaborate with platform and observability teams to improve monitoring coverage and reliability.
🔵Mandatory Skills Description:
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry instrumentation.
- Experience developing in both Go and Node.js/TypeScript.
- Experience implementing custom metrics and application telemetry.
- Solid understanding of observability, monitoring, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
- Experience working with GraphQL.
- Ability to contribute across multiple codebases and drive cross-team PRs to completion.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical mindset and healthy skepticism toward telemetry data quality.
- Ability to validate metrics and signals against independent sources before operationalizing alerts.
